Matcha Protein Bites

Elevate your snacking with our Matcha Protein Bites, where the vibrant green of matcha meets the richness of nuts and sweetness of dates, creating bite-sized bursts of energy and nutrition that satisfy with every delicious bite.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of coconut flour
  • 1 cup of almond flour
  • 1/2 cup Matcha Protein
  • 2 TBSP cup coconut oil
  • 2 TBSP Maple Syrup (or healthy alternative)
  • 10-15 pitted dates
  • Cacao nibs

Instructions

  • Mix in a food processor or by hand until it forms a paste-like consistency. Roll into balls with Matcha protein. Refrigerate in the fridge for 2-4 hours for best results.
