Ingredients

- 1 cup of coconut flour
- 1 cup of almond flour
- 1/2 cup Matcha Protein
- 2 TBSP cup coconut oil
- 2 TBSP Maple Syrup (or healthy alternative)
- 10-15 pitted dates
- Cacao nibs
Instructions
- Mix in a food processor or by hand until it forms a paste-like consistency. Roll into balls with Matcha protein. Refrigerate in the fridge for 2-4 hours for best results.
