Growing Your Purium Business with Amy Venner: Mastermind Zoom

This week’s Growing Your Business Mastermind with Amy Venner was an uplifting, community-driven call centered on honest goal setting, accountability, consistency, and celebrating wins, big and small. Amy opened the call by asking who had completed Declaration Day for the month, then explained that Declaration Day is a simple monthly questionnaire available in the back office from the 1st through the 3rd. The purpose is to help Brand Partners set their intentions, declare their goals, and optionally share them with an upline mentor for accountability. She emphasized that putting goals in writing and sharing them with someone else makes follow-through more likely.

A major theme of the call was honesty. Several Brand Partners shared that the repeated invitation to be honest in the Declaration Day questions helped them look more clearly at what they could realistically commit to. Angie Fernandez shared that the process helped her start thinking about her month before it even began, using her written answers as a weekly accountability tool. Mara Carranza shared that the declaration helped her become more active and improve her time management by using calendar reminders across her phone, computer, and other devices.

Amy then guided the group into a conversation about why people sometimes lie to themselves or avoid setting goals. She explained that self-deception can sometimes protect people from shame, fear, disappointment, or the discomfort of change. But the mastermind space, she reminded everyone, is designed to be a safe place to set realistic expectations, celebrate progress, and build trust with yourself. She used the example of making your bed in the morning as a small daily commitment that can help rebuild self-trust and create momentum.

The call then shifted into a series of powerful wins from the field. Juliet Estrada-Hoban shared that she intentionally “under-promised” on her Declaration Day goals so she could build confidence by over-delivering. She had already exceeded her goals for conversations, follow-ups, presentations, and new customers. Amy praised this as a great example of setting realistic goals and creating success through follow-through.

Angie shared a creative Sleep Nightly sampling strategy. After seeing how effective the samples were, she created her own small sample packs, included her phone number, and gave people enough to try for a couple of nights. The response was strong, with several people reaching out after trying it. Amy encouraged Brand Partners who have tried Sleep Nightly to leave a review, receive the 50% off coupon, purchase a full pack, and create their own samples to use as a door opener. She reminded everyone that better nights can lead to better days, and a positive experience with one product can create trust for a larger conversation about the full program.

Shelly D’Elia shared a win around consistency and stepping outside her comfort zone. She had been calling chiropractors, even though phone outreach felt uncomfortable, and one chiropractor agreed to receive more information. Shelly explained the simple script she used: asking whether the practice currently offers nutrition support or refers it out, then offering to send a short 8-minute video about an organic nutrition support program used by practitioners and chiropractors. Amy highlighted the importance of choosing the right tool for each prospect, especially shorter videos for busy professionals.

Lenore Smith shared how she used video tools and a connect call to move a new prospect forward. After meeting someone at the supermarket, she sent a nutrition video, followed up with a business opportunity video, and brought Michelle Boersma into a connect call. Amy pointed out that Lenore qualified the prospect well enough to know she would watch a longer video, while Shelly wisely chose a shorter tool for a busy chiropractor. The takeaway was clear: know your tools, read your prospect, and meet them where they are.

Tammy Dunn shared an energetic business win, saying she decided to simply talk about how much she loves the business and let her enthusiasm lead. That energy helped her create momentum with several potential new Brand Partners. Amy reminded the group that people are drawn to energy, authenticity, and visible transformation. When people see your energy shift, your sleep improve, and your enthusiasm grow, they want to understand what is behind it.

April Adams shared that after a season of feeling overwhelmed, she came back with realistic goals and used the Declaration Day process to avoid overcommitting. She focused on social media, even though it pushed her outside her comfort zone, and used the Digital Marketing Kit to post more consistently. Those posts led to people reaching out with questions and even helped her reconnect with a past client, who ended up ordering again after learning about the updated program options. Amy celebrated the way Brand Partners are using and personalizing DMK assets to make them their own.

Michelle Boersma encouraged everyone to keep the momentum going with social media, even after the “Widen Your Reach” and “Share Because You Care” promo points ended. She shared a major win involving her naturopathic doctor, Dr. McBride, who became a Brand Partner after learning more about the Purium products Michelle was using. That connection created a domino effect, with additional people from the practice and family members joining or preparing to join the business. Amy reinforced the value of sharing boldly with people who are aligned with the mission, vision, and purpose.

Neto Martinez shared a personal health and business update after completing 92 days on the program with his mother. He shared that they had experienced major improvements in energy and pain, and that his mother’s vision markers had improved after dealing with wet AMD. On the business side, he shared how he helped two financially hesitant prospects begin using product so they could speak from personal experience before becoming Brand Partners. Amy praised this as an example of thinking long term and finding creative ways to help people get started.

Tiffany Duran closed out the win-sharing portion with a story from the motocross community. She intentionally shared content related to traumatic brain injuries for that audience, stayed in touch with a woman who had experienced a serious accident, and eventually met her in person. Tiffany sampled PowerShake, Aminos, and Biome Medic with her, then followed up with the Transformation Book and a lifestyle subscription permalink. The prospect enrolled in the full 90-day program and showed interest in the business side. Amy highlighted Tiffany’s language when the prospect realized the program involved two shakes a day. Tiffany reframed it by saying, “that’s the ease of it,” turning a potential objection into a positive.

Amy ended the call by reminding everyone that a win is a win, whether it is talking to someone at the grocery store, sending a tool, getting someone on a connect call, posting on social media, or enrolling a new customer or Brand Partner. She encouraged the field to continue widening their reach, not for promo points alone, but because people want authentic connection. Purium, she said, is not just a retail brand. It is a community built on true connection, shared product experiences, superfood nutrition, and helping people create income possibilities while reducing suffering where they can.

The call closed with two timely reminders: a limited supply of the MVP family was back online with a purchase limit of 10, and Dave Sandoval’s upcoming product education Zoom would continue covering the remaining biohack packs.
