Last night’s Understanding Your Purium Business Zoom with Debbie Darling was the perfect year-end reset and a practical reminder of what to check before the month closes. As the final call of 2025, Debbie focused on two things: making sure you know exactly where you stand in your back office, and helping you finish the month strong by taking advantage of end-of-year promos before they expire.

Your End-of-Month Back Office Checklist

Debbie started with the quickest place to get clarity: your dashboard. That top summary box shows key numbers at a glance, including personal volume, customer dollars, BPK Club volume, group volume, active enrollments, UBT enrollees, and rank advancements. Her reminder was simple but important: it’s easy to assume you’re qualified until you realize something changed, like a Smart Order adjustment that dropped your personal qualifying volume below the minimum.

From there, she highlighted several reports that can make a huge difference at the end of the month:

The Brand Partner Metrics report helps you support your team strategically. You can drag and drop columns to focus on what matters most, sort from highest to lowest, and export to Excel to work through it quickly.

The Rank Advancements report shows who is close to their next rank and exactly what’s missing. Debbie shared how valuable this is for helping someone cross the finish line, whether they’re short on group volume or missing a key qualification. She also emphasized an important reminder for Diamonds and above: ranking as Diamond doesn’t automatically mean you qualify for Pools or Lifestyle. There are additional requirements, and skipping them can mean leaving significant money on the table.

The Loyal Customer report helps you see who has ordered for the month and who hasn’t, especially if you’re aiming for 1K Club customer sales.

The Downline Rewards Points report is critical right now because points expiring on December 31 can often be saved simply by placing an order. Even a small purchase can extend the life of points so nothing is wasted.

Finally, the UBT Promo report helps you track who is close to earning the “3 in a week” or “10 in a month” bonuses—and it’s especially important this month because of an added UBT promo that’s awarding extra points for qualifying UBT pack purchases.

Promos Ending December 31 at Midnight

Debbie also recapped several end-of-year promos and reminders that expire on December 31 at midnight, including the special customer pricing, rewards points deadlines, and UBT-related bonuses.

One exciting update from the call: Purium is continuing to include a free gift with every ULT Lifestyle, and the current free gift is a Chill Spray. This is a great talking point heading into January, especially with New Year transformation goals around the corner.

She also reminded everyone to check the December to Remember sale items and take advantage of discounts while they’re still live.

Community Wins and Why We’re Here

The second half of the call opened up for shares, and the theme was clear: yes, the products and business matter, but the community is often what keeps people going through hard seasons. Several leaders shared personal growth, health transformations, stronger marriages and partnerships, and the support they’ve experienced through calls, masterminds, and team connection.

Debbie closed with a quote that captured the tone of the night: we didn’t just make it to the end of the year—we finished strong. Stronger in belief, leadership, and togetherness.

Coming Up Next

Debbie also shared an important scheduling note: Purium will be closed on January 1. The official kickoff call for the new year will be Friday, January 2 at 4pm Pacific, celebrating top achievers and previewing what’s coming in January.
