Growing Your Purium Business with Debbie Darling: Recognition Zoom

Celebrating September Achievements and Keeping the Rhythm Going

Purium’s October 6 Recognition Zoom brought Brand Partners together to celebrate September results and hear practical ideas for strengthening their businesses. Hosted by Debbie Darling, the gathering recognized the everyday actions behind progress, from showing up for training and sharing superfoods to supporting customers, enrolling new Brand Partners and mentoring teams. The central message was simple: every action matters, and consistency helps create momentum.

September Participation and Recognition

September offered 15 different Brand Partner programs, and 953 Brand Partners participated in at least one. At the beginning of the month, 316 declared their intentions. Of those, 282 followed through, and 228 participated in three or more programs. Debbie also shared participation tiers: 493 Brand Partners took part in one program, 329 in two to four, 71 in five or six, 38 in seven or eight, and 22 in nine or more. The recognition extended to enrollment achievements, UBT participants, frontline production, K Club milestones, new Consultants, Directors and Executives, Diamond Climb and mentoring bonuses. Debbie also congratulated winners of the September enrollment drawing for Sleep Nightly sample pouches.

Consistency Turns Activities Into Habits

Barbara Dooley explained that participating in multiple programs changed her mindset and created additional opportunities for business conversations. She shared the story of a customer who initially declined the Brand Partner opportunity but began referring other people and soon reconsidered. Michelle Boersma emphasized that activities such as Widen Your Reach, Share Because You Care, reviews, customer check-ins and events are not merely ways to collect promotional points. They help build the skills and consistency that newer team members can observe and duplicate. Holley Martin and Sylvie Brockman also highlighted the value of staying connected and doing the fundamentals consistently.

Celebrating Enrollment and Leadership Growth

Allison and Jared reflected on eight years with Purium and discussed renewed momentum, team calls, mentorship and their upcoming event in Quebec. Debbie recognized top enrollers and the enrollment drawing winners, then highlighted UBT achievements. She described the UBT recognition as enrolling three ULT or LTD subscriptions in a week with Smart Orders on file, with 500 promotional points associated with the achievement. Tara Lea shared how listening to prospective customers and using intake questions helped her have more personalized conversations. She also described connections made through local wellness events, including relationships with other practitioners.

Customer Service and Retention

Beyond new enrollment, Debbie stressed that long-term customer support is essential. Recognition for frontline production reflected both new and existing business, and speakers consistently returned to the importance of keeping in touch. Sonia Magruder shared examples of starting natural conversations and helping people find a next step. Shelly D’Elia explained how taking notes after a conversation reminded her to revisit the Brand Partner opportunity during a later customer check-in. She also encouraged proactive conversations at events rather than waiting for guests to approach a table. These examples showed how thoughtful listening, follow-up and customer care can create meaningful opportunities over time.

Events, Mentorship and Team Participation

Brand Partners described a wide range of ways to connect with others. Dannielle Clemens spoke about her September UBT activity and informal ‘taste and talk’ experiences. Lance Wilson said he began making more intentional use of monthly promotional points and encouraged team participation. He recommended printing the monthly promotional checklist to keep opportunities visible. Ra T spoke about identifying personal strengths, setting an intention and pursuing opportunities that match those strengths, including serving superfoods at a fitness-related event. The common thread was to be purposeful while building relationships in settings that feel natural.

Practical Strategies for October

Toward the end of the Zoom, Melissa Henig described fall as a timely season for conversations about consistent nutrition routines. Michelle Boersma encouraged Brand Partners to support the customers they already have while continuing to meet new people. Sonia Magruder urged participants to approach the fourth quarter with intention, noting that current activity can establish momentum for 2027. She described successful events, including one that reportedly brought in 14 new customers, and shared her team’s weekly focus on 10 business conversations. She also emphasized organizing leads, following up, listening carefully and recognizing when someone is ready to take a next step. These examples reflect individual Brand Partner experiences and are not guarantees of results.

Resources and Upcoming Connections

Debbie encouraged everyone to choose one more action: one invitation, one follow-up, one story, one event or one customer supported. She reminded attendees about her Thursday Office Hours, the next discussion involving Fulvic Zeolite and Aqua Vibrance, and live Purium Transformation Zooms hosted on Sundays in October by Amy and/or Dave. She also directed Brand Partners to the Purium Hub and the monthly Brand Partner promotions checklist. She mentioned an October offer involving Fulvic Zeolite and Aqua Vibrance, with Aqua Vibrance discounted by 50% when purchased as the stated bundle. Check current official promotional terms before publishing pricing or availability.

Keep the Rhythm Going

The Recognition Zoom demonstrated that growth is not tied to one approach. Brand Partners described success through customer care, consistent activity, teamwork, events, mentoring and authentic conversations. Whether someone participated in one program or nine, the encouragement was the same: recognize the action already taken, choose the next step and continue building through October.
