Growing Your Purium Business with 2-Star Crowns Allison & Jared: From Customer to Leader: How Trust Builds Residual Income

From Customer to Leader: How Trust Builds Residual Income (Allison & Jared Training Recap)

Transformation season brings a wave of fresh energy—new people starting the ULT, new customers feeling hopeful, and a community ready for change. In this Tuesday training, Allison & Jared broke down one of the most important (and often overlooked) growth strategies in Purium: trust.

Not trust as a buzzword—trust as the actual foundation of residual income, duplication, and leadership that lasts.

Trust isn’t the “nice to have”… it’s the strategy

One of the strongest messages from the call was simple:

This business doesn’t grow because people post more.
It grows when people feel seen, safe, and certain.

People don’t just buy products—they buy certainty. And certainty is built through trust: in the food, in the process, in you, and eventually in themselves.

Their story: how a customer becomes a leader

Allison shared how she began as a cautious, introverted customer dealing with long-term skin issues, digestive struggles, and mental health challenges. What changed everything wasn’t a perfect plan—it was experiencing real results, quickly. That created belief.

Jared shared his slower start—skeptical at first—until cravings shifted, weight dropped, and asthma/allergies improved. That shift created trust not only in the products, but in the bigger picture: this works, and it can be shared.

Their point was clear: leadership doesn’t begin with confidence. It begins with experience, and someone who helps you take the next step.

The missing piece: Emotional intelligence + simple systems

They emphasized that sustainable growth comes from a balance of two forces:

  • Emotional intelligence (connection, listening, creating safety)
  • Simple systems (repeatable actions that don’t depend on personality)

Without emotional connection, systems feel robotic. Without systems, connection doesn’t scale. The sweet spot is learning how to lead in a way that’s both human and duplicatable.

Stop “selling.” Start leading.

A helpful framework from the call was the shift in language and posture:

  • Sharing: “Here’s what I use and why.”
  • Selling: “You should try this because…”
  • Leading: “Here’s what changed my life.”

Leadership isn’t louder. It’s more grounded. It’s identity-based—where you’re not trying to convince someone, you’re creating clarity and certainty.

They also shared a line that landed deeply:

“People begin to heal the moment they are heard.
And they stay when they feel seen and valued.”

The customer-to-leader path (simple + duplicatable)

Jared laid out a simple structure that helps people move from customer to leader without overwhelming them:

  1. Experience — what did you feel and notice?
  2. Education — teach what you’re learning (value builds trust)
  3. Invitation — invite people personally, like it’s an exclusive event
  4. Support — plug people into community and tools (not all on you)

They also highlighted the power of third-party validation: calls, documentaries (like Common Ground), and community trainings that reinforce belief.

Launch events: leadership before you feel ready

One of their most practical leadership tools was the “launch event” mindset: schedule a simple Zoom event soon after someone upgrades. Even if no one attends live, the recording becomes a powerful asset—and more importantly, it helps a new partner step into leadership immediately.

You don’t have to be “ready.” You just have to begin.

Daily trust habits that keep people moving forward

They shared several reminders that are especially helpful for sensitive, heart-led leaders:

  • Follow-up isn’t closing—it’s continuing the conversation
  • Don’t info-dump; be more interested than interesting
  • Don’t burn bridges—many “no’s” are just “not right now”
  • Your energy is feedback: if you feel depleted, you may be pushing; if you feel energized, you’re aligned

3 action steps to apply this week

They wrapped with a simple challenge to build momentum:

  1. Post one honest share from your lived experience this week
  2. Use one simple follow-up system (back office check-ins, rewards points, reorder gaps, updated list)
  3. Before you message anyone, ask:
“Am I trying to convince… or am I creating certainty?”

Because in the end, the goal isn’t to chase people—it’s to lead them.

Final reminder

If you’ve ever doubted your leadership, this training was a powerful permission slip:

You don’t need to be the loudest.
You don’t need perfect words.
You just need to be real, consistent, and willing to build trust—one connection at a time.

Lead, don’t chase.
And remember: you are an inbound call center. When you share from the heart, the right people will come to you.
