Highlights & Key Reminders
✅ Customer → Brand Partner Upgrade
- Customers can upgrade by logging into iShopPurium, using the drop-down, and selecting “Become a Brand Partner.”
- If they purchased a qualifying pack, they have 1+ months to upgrade at no cost.
✅ What qualifies for complimentary enrollment (upgrade)?
- Use the Google Sheet Price List in your back office: Resources → Price List and look for the “Complementary Enrollment” column.
- ULTs qualify, ALL Biohack Packs qualify, and $400+ also qualifies.
✅ New Brand Partner perks + Enroller bonus
- New Brand Partners receive 100 PV with the Launch Pack + a free Transformation Book.
- Enrollers can earn the Brand Partner First Order Bonus: 25% of the subtotal (watch this closely if someone upgrades and only grabs a Launch Pack—your bigger bonus may come on their next product order).
✅ Rank updates + why your back office may lag
- Monthly commissions can’t fully close until the final “spillover” week closes, so rank updates typically show between the 8th–11th of the following month.
✅ Consultant legs (important for Diamond+)
- A Consultant = 50 PV + 1,000 GV + 2 AE.
- You need 3 consultant legs (in 3 separate legs) to qualify for Diamond.
✅ Why you didn’t get paid commissions (common causes)
- You didn’t place a qualifying order this month or the prior month (affects weekly eligibility).
- Earnings were under the $10 payout minimum (Purium carries the balance forward).
- Missing 50BV subscription (required for certain Fast Start bonuses).
- No downline activity that week.
- Confusion between weekly vs monthly commissions.
- Volume sitting in enroller tree vs placement tree (first orders pay to the enroller).
✅ Fast Start tips
- Fast Start Consultant is paid weekly, not monthly.
- Use the Fast Start Consultant Bonus Report (Team Reports) to see exact start/end dates and qualification status—especially for end-of-month enrollments.
✅ UBT + Promo Points
- Check UBT eligibility in the Price List sheet (look for UBT = “Yes”).
- Promo points are uploaded every Monday for the previous Sat–Fri week.
- Most promo points require a 50BV Smart Order on file.
✅ Digital Marketing Kit + submitting your story
- Access the Digital Marketing Kit from your back office banner or the footer on iShopPurium.com.
- New social assets are being added regularly (carousels labeled by SMA numbers).
- You can submit your personal story via Submission Forms to be featured in the kit.
Q&A Notes + Suggestions Shared
- Possible future: including Biohack Packs in UBT/Transformation Now eligibility (feedback shared).
- App troubleshooting: support to help with desktop email sending via the Purium app.
- Customizable ULT permalinks: not currently available, but a static item code may be created for commonly used custom builds via support request.
- Suggestion: offer free gift options (if programming allows).
- Suggestion: create an event kit for Brand Partners (banner/tablecloth/table setup).
