What is Renew 2025, and why should I purchase tickets early?
Renew 2025 is Purium’s annual convention. Hundreds of tickets have already been sold! Early purchase is encouraged due to limited room capacity. Ticket prices are set to increase in April, and the 5-pack ticket option will be discontinued at that time. After purchasing tickets, especially 5-packs, ensure you transfer the tickets to the brand partners who will be using them via the Typeform email you receive. What is the enrollment drive, and how does it benefit me?
Purium is running an enrollment drive to help brand partners grow their businesses. For every new Purium enrollment you make, you, as the enroller, will receive an extra 100 GQV (promo points). If you enroll 10 new brand partners in one month, you’ll receive an extra 1,000 GQV.
How can I access product updates and other important information?
Purium has moved away from the Google Sheets and now provides updates directly in your back office! This includes information on new products, discontinued items, and other important changes. Check your back office regularly for the latest information.

The Purium phone app offers resources like websites, videos, PDFs, and photos under the “Tools” tab. The free version includes the business section for back-office reporting. The standard Purium phone app is included with the extended backoffice (Dreams) subscription.
The Pro or Premium version of the phone app is accessed through the in-app purchase via your device’s app store (iOS or Android). The Pro version unlocks additional features that allow you to create and share your own media, ordering, tracking, keyboard themes, and generative AI messages.
How do contact syncing and the “hot/cold” contact system work within the Purium phone app?
The app allows you to sync contacts from your phone, either all contacts or selected ones. You can categorize contacts as “hot” (interested leads) or “cold” (those not yet engaged) using colored bubbles. Swipe left or right on a contact to mark them as hot or cold to help you tailor your conversations as needed.
How do I use the Purium phone app to share content and track engagement?
In the “Tools” section, you can select content to share with contacts directly through the app. Sending content directly to a contact allows you to track whether they’ve viewed the content, including how much of a video they’ve watched and if they’ve clicked on any links. Sharing on social media or using the “copy” function does not provide the same tracking capabilities. The app also features an AI composer that can rewrite your response. Make sure your rewritten message is at least 10% different to avoid social media algorithm suppression.
What is the “Pulse” feature in the Purium phone app and how can it help my business?
Pulse is a tool in the app that helps you follow up with customers based on their order status (e.g., auto-ship, first order, active, inactive). It provides pre-written follow-up messages that can be sent via email or SMS, even if the customer isn’t already in your phone’s contacts.
