Saturday Zoom: Discover Your Way to Begin A Live Purium Transformation Zoom

Purium Transformation Zoom: Finding the Right Place to Begin

Amy Venner and Dave Sandoval kicked off Purium’s new Saturday Transformation Zoom by welcoming both existing members of the Purium community and people learning about the company for the first time. The central message of the call was simple: there is not one single way everyone has to begin. Purium’s goal is to meet people where they are and help them choose a starting point that fits their current lifestyle and level of commitment.

Amy introduced Purium’s philosophy of “subtraction by addition.” Rather than centering the conversation on restriction, deprivation, or perfection, she explained the emphasis on consistently adding quality nutrition into a person’s daily rhythm. Dave connected this idea to what he called “total cellular satisfaction,” while Amy reinforced that consistency, rather than perfection, is an important part of the Purium approach.

A major portion of the Zoom focused on the nutritional foundation behind the Purium lifestyle. Dave discussed glutathione, often referred to as the body’s master antioxidant, and explained how the conversation around Purium nutrition connects greens, deeply pigmented fruits and berries, quality protein, the gut microbiome, and long-chain fatty acids. Amy then walked attendees through the products that make up the core Transformation system.

Power Shake was presented as the green-food foundation, combining grasses, spirulina, and other ingredients into a convenient daily source of greens. Dark Berry Protein provides deeply pigmented fruits and berries along with a vegan protein source, and Amy shared that she often combines Power Shake and Dark Berry Protein in the same shake.

The discussion continued with Super Amino 23, which Amy and Dave described as a highly bioavailable amino acid product designed to support the body’s protein needs. Alpha Omega was highlighted as Purium’s algal source of DHA and EPA omega-3s. The presentation also covered Biome Medic, Super Cleanzar, and Sleep Nightly, explaining the role each product plays within the broader Transformation system rather than presenting the program as a collection of unrelated supplements.

Amy then compared Purium’s two primary Transformation paths. The Ultimate Lifestyle Transformation, or ULT, was described as the company’s flagship and more immersive approach. It incorporates two daily superfood shake servings and represents a deeper level of commitment to the Purium lifestyle. The Lifestyle Transformation Daily, or LTD, is built on the same nutritional foundation with one daily shake serving and a more gradual daily rhythm. Both are designed around developing consistent habits over approximately 12 weeks, with the level of intensity depending on where someone is ready to begin.

Dave emphasized that even these two programs are not the only entry points. Someone may begin with a single product, a Biohack Pack, Power Shake, or another combination that makes sense for them. The recurring theme was that guidance should begin with the individual rather than forcing everyone into the same program.

The Zoom also provided a closer look at Purium’s quality and manufacturing standards. Amy and Dave discussed the company’s relationships with farmers and ingredient suppliers, its role in formulation, blending, encapsulation, bottling, testing, and packaging, and the importance of maintaining consistency from batch to batch. They described several layers of quality control, including identity, quality, safety, and potency testing, along with third-party verification. They also highlighted Purium’s manufacturing expertise and home-compostable packaging.

The live Q&A allowed the conversation to go deeper. Attendees asked about medications and product customization, opening capsules and adding their contents to shakes, changing serving sizes, ingredient sensitivities, nut allergies and the customizable ULT, GLP-1 use, sourcing, and Purium resources related to feeding tube protocols. Amy and Dave repeatedly pointed people back to appropriate labels, customizable options, existing educational resources, and the person who introduced them to Purium for individual guidance.

The call closed by returning to what makes the Purium experience more than products alone: Nutrition, Guidance, and Community. Amy encouraged guests to reconnect with the person who invited them, explore the new Purium Community Facebook group, and choose the first step that feels right for them.

The Saturday Transformation Zoom will continue as a resource for people who want to learn more about the Purium lifestyle, the products, and the different ways someone can begin.
