We always strongly recommend that you place your customers’ orders to speed up the process, guarantee Smart Order Subscription, and provide great customer service. We understand that this is not always the case for all of our customers, and some will want to order on their own. Below are some tips on how to support the ordering process.

WHEN THEY PLACE THE ORDER:

Guide them step by step through the process as you go through the process on your computer.

WHEN YOU PLACE THE ORDER:

Besides adding the products to the cart, you will have to ask them for their information, such as email, phone number, address, and card info.

You will set up an account for them.

You will create their password with their first name and last name, first name letter capitalized.

Let them know their login credentials ASAP and tell them they can always reset the password.

There are 3 different ways to place a customer order and we will go over them below.

option 1. ULT LIFESTYLE ( 90 DAY COMMITMENT THEN ULT MAINTENANCE )

If you are like most of our Brand Partners, you will be recommending what is going to be the most effective pack to your customers. The “ULT Lifestyle Pack” is the best option for those looking for long-term benefit and a lifestyle change.

Since we are in the process of updating our website for now, we have to manually edit our ULTlifestyle.com link to have our gift code embedded on it.

On this website, your customers will automatically be set up for a recurring order of their chosen pack for 3 months in a row. Then they will be downgraded to a Smart Order of a ULT Maintenance Pack.

It is important to let customers know they DO NOT have to pay all 3 months upfront. They will only pay for the first month up front. They may also cancel at any time. 

To generate your website, edit the link below and change the “yourcode” part of this line to “YOUR GIFTCODE” (whatever code you chose upon signing up to the business).

Option 2. MAIN WEBSITE – iSHOPPURIUM.COM

For individual or combinations of other products, other than the ULT, customers may use the http://www.ishoppurium.com website.

For New Customers: It’s important that you ALWAYS generate all your links in the PURIUM PERMALINK website to ensure that your gift code is embedded on their link. This will guarantee that you earn commissions.

Option 3. Purium Permalinks

For individual or combinations of other products, other than the ULT, customers may use the http://www.ishoppurium.com website.

It’s important that you ALWAYS generate all your links in the PURIUM PERMALINK website to ensure that your gift code is embedded on their link. This will guarantee that you earn commissions.

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Go to https://puriumpermalinks.com/.
  2. Select a site, for this example, it will be “ishop.”
  3. Insert your gift card code.
  4. Go down the list and select either one product or a combination of products you want your customer to purchase.
  5. Once complete, select “create” in the bottom right-hand corner.
  6. You may need to adjust the amounts of the products you choose. Click Share.
  7. Select “copy link” and you can send the link to your client. If this is a link you consistently use, save the link in your notes or boards app for future use.

Once you make a permalink, you should test it out before sending it to make sure there isn’t any technical error. A cart should load on screen, and once the customer goes to set up an account to purchase it, your gift code should be automatically embedded in the box.

Once you customer purchases once they do not need to enter your gift code every time they purchase. They will be your customer for a lifetime.

HOW TO SIGN UP A BRAND PARTNER

Purium Enrollment (aka PuriumEnrollment.com)

To sign up a Brand Partner for the first time without being a customer before, you will go to the Purium Enrollment website.

Instructions to Enroll with Lifestyle Subscription (Free Business Launch Pack)

  1. Click the first button “Enroll Now” – for Lifestyle Subscription. The best and simplest option to begin! Plus, you get a free electric, portable hand blender – instead of the Stainless Steel Shaker bottle.
  2. Next, choose which ULT program you would like to choose for your first 3 months. You will only pay for the first month today. You are just creating a subscription for the months to come. It will show Months 2 and 3 packs in your cart, but those orders will be processed to ship directly to you next month and the following month! In month 4, it will be a Core 4. You can modify this and the date in your account after you complete your enrollment.
  3. On the next page, you can add products to today’s order. The “All Purium Products” bar expands to show all of Purium’s products. The search feature is the quickest way to find the products you want to add.
  4. Next is Transformation Now (optional for today’s order). Sign up by adding 3 ULTs (or featured packs) to today’s order. Once you add the 3 extra ULTs, you will automatically receive 3 FREE gifts: 3 Electric portable blenders. Learn More about Transformation Now in this blog.
  5. Next is Samples & Swag (optional for today’s order): Samples of Purium products are great to share and travel with! Plus, Purium’s eco-friendly swag items are both functional and marketable for your Purium lifestyle.
  6. Finally, you will get to the Secure Payment Form. Have your new Brand Partner enter their personal information and create a gift code to use under the “Account Details” section. Let them know that this code will be visible to everyone they share Purium with so they can be creative or literal, it’s a part of their branding.
  7. Scroll to the bottom and “Check Out Now”
  8. The credit card to be charged for the products purchased today only.
  9. The $199 fee for the Launch Pack is free with any purchase of a pack. They should only be paying for their product pack and any extra products they chose for today’s order (not their Smart Orders).
  10. Have your customer screenshot their new Brand Partner ID#. They will use this as a way to identify who they are in submission forms and with customer service.
  11. Please send them Purium’s On-Boarding Guide & Menu to get them started as a Brand Partner!

Instructions to Enroll with a Featured Pack (Free Business Launch Pack)

  1. Click the button “Featured Pack”
  2. Next, choose which ULT program (best results are with ULT packs). You can also add more products on this page too. Just scroll to the “All Products” bar and click the arrow down. It will reveal all of Purium’s products, plus a search feature!
  3. It will ask if you want to upgrade to the Lifestyle Subscription, which is truly the best way to commit to your health. Plus, you get a free electric, portable hand blender – instead of the Stainless Steel Shaker bottle.
  4. If you say “No” to the Lifestyle Subscription, it will ask if you would like to add any products to your order for today. This is how you can sign up with Transformation Now and add extras. Click “Yes” and scroll to the “All Products” bar and click the arrow down. It will reveal all of Purium’s products, plus a search feature!
  5. Transformation Now (today’s order) – Sign up by adding 3 ULTs (or featured packs) to today’s order. Once you add the 3 extra ULTs, you will automatically receive 3 FREE gifts: 3 Electric portable blenders. Learn More about Transformation Now in this blog.
  6. Once you move to the next page in the cart, you will be asked to choose which kind of Smart Order to choose: Always Ship or Back UP Order. Learn more about Smart Order in this blog.
  7. Next, scroll down to choose what type of product pack to schedule for your Smart Order: we always suggest a ULT or Daily Core 4.
  8. Choose a calendar date for your Smart Order. This is the date when your credit card to be charged and your order will be processed to ship directly to you! You can modify this in your account after you complete your enrollment.
  9. Finally, you will get to the Secure Payment Form. Have your new Brand Partner enter their personal information and pick a gift code to use under the “Account Details” section. Let them know that this code will be visible to everyone they share Purium with, so they can be creative or literal, it’s a part of their branding.

HOW TO UPGRADE A CUSTOMER TO A BRAND PARTNER

Any customer who has purchased a ULT or featured pack during their 1+ month can upgrade to the business.

For example, if your customer bought a featured pack mid-March, then they will have until the end of March plus all of April to upgrade complimentary to the business.

If they have passed their upgrade time, they will have to repurchase a second pack to upgrade complimentary.

Instructions:

  1. Log in to ishoppurium.com (click “Log In” in the upper right corner)
  2. Sign in
  3. Click on “My Account”
  4. Find the green button that says “UPGRADE TO BRAND PARTNER”
  5. A new browser should have opened up with under puriumenrollment.com
